Returns

Returns are given store credit only. Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
• Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
• Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, and accessories are nonreturnable.
• We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items, must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. 

**Ellen Jei is not responsible for any packages that are delayed due to weather, (USPS) carrier company, undeliverable addresses, incorrect shipping, or contact information for all orders.**

All items are inspected before leaving our facility. Once your items have left our facility, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages. If your package says delivered and you did not receive it, or status is not updated, please contact (USPS) at 1-800-275-8777 and file a claim with them directly. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand. Thank you!
